If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. We do not accept returns if the package has been used.
2. Return Process

- Pack the product securely in its original packaging, along with any accessories or documentation included.
- Ship the product back to us using a traceable shipping method. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
3. Refunds
Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Only 70% of the purchase price will be refunded. Please allow 14 days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing time.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons or other restrictions. These include but are not limited to:
- Perishable goods
- Personal care items
- Intimate apparel
- Gift cards
5. Damaged or Defective Products

6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges for products. If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
7. Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience.
8. Change of Mind
If you change your mind about a purchase and wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it will be subject to our standard return policy.
